Europe’s Largest Independent Retreader
Our Protekt ranges are designed with premium compounds which give high resistance to lateral abrasion and heat generation. The Protekt feature provides optimal defence against kerbing damage.
This feature can be applied to single or both sides of the tyre making it suitable for being turned on the rim.
All tyres within the brochure with a ‘Protekt’ or ‘Protekt+’ badge all feature the ribbed sidewall protection.
A new ribbed sidewall protection system at the top of the sidewall, which offers the best defence against kerbing damage.
A practical alternative to traditional solid sidewall protectors and well suited to tyres used for regional applications.
A ribbed sidewall protection system extending further down the sidewall of the tyre than our ‘Protekt’. This feature is well suited for tyres used in urban applications that are subject to kerbing damage.
This feature can be applied to both sides of the tyre.
    Low Rolling Resistance
Our low rolling resistance feature is designed with a specially formulated tread compound which integrates a special blend of silica. The compound has succeeded in pushing the limits of rolling resistance to save on fuel without compromising the tyres longevity.
Choosing our A-rated KT01 tyre over a standard tyre can significantly reduce a fleet’s carbon emissions by 1200 tonnes and lower fuel costs by £475,000 per annum.

Average vehicle consumption 32.3L/100km, 323L/1000km, 14.7% potential savings = 47.5 Litres saved per 1000km, fuel price £1.00/L = 47.48, 100,000km mileage = £4,748, Average fleet = 100 vehicles, 100 x £4,748 = £474,800
Carbon Saving = average of 2.62kgs per litre of diesel, 2.62 x 474,800L = 1,243,976kgs
Stone Ejectors
Stone ejectors within the groove of a tyre are designed to reduce stone retention. If a stone is trapped against the bottom of the tread, repeated impacting of the stone can cause it to cut or drill into the tread and thus degrading the strength of the tyre and reducing the life of the tyre.
This feature is used in our DTY1 and LT01 trailer tyres.
